At Vision Malala Charitable Trust, we view education not as a welfare activity but as a long-term social investment. Since adopting the residential school for one hundred underprivileged girls in Kolkata, our focus has been on creating a stable, safe, and dignified living and learning environment—one that enables these children to remain in school, maintain good health, and develop the confidence needed to progress beyond their circumstances. All our initiatives are designed to address practical gaps where government support alone is insufficient.

Our current and future priorities require sustained funding to improve infrastructure, expand habitable space, extend educational support beyond Class VIII, and strengthen healthcare and skill-building programs. As a fully volunteer-driven trust, we ensure that every contribution is utilized directly for program delivery, with no administrative overheads. We invite funders and partners to join us in building a scalable, transparent, and impactful model of residential education that empowers girls to become educated, independent, and contributing members of society.
